This dashboard hasn't pulled a release from RBI yet. Run the fetch script once to populate it:
php cron/fetch_rbi_data.php
After that, set up a monthly cron job (see README.md) so it keeps itself current — RBI usually publishes the Sectoral Deployment of Bank Credit release in the last week of each month, for the prior month's data.
